The services listed below are all available from our member service representatives during office hours.

American Express Travelers Cheques:
This is the safe, easy and convenient way to take money on vacation. Regular Travelers Cheques and “Cheques for Two” feature dual signing are available at all our office locations. Check our Service Fees for current pricing.

Wire Transfers:
Money can be wired from or to your HealthEast Employees Credit Union accounts to any authorized receiver during regular business hours. Domestic wire transfers and International wire transfers have a cutoff time of 3:30 p.m. CT and 10:30 a.m. respectively, call (651) 232-7600, (651) 232-5600 or (651) 232-3600 for more information. Money Orders:
Money orders are available at all of our office locations during regular business hours, for up to $999.99 per money order requested. Check our Service Fees for current pricing.

Public Notary Service:
A notary is available to HealthEast Employees Credit Union members at each of our office locations at no charge.

Payroll Deduction:
Payroll deduction will allow you to deposit money into your savings; checking or any other deposit accounts from your payroll check each pay period. You decide what amount you should save each payday. Money can be designated for your Credit Union loan payments and is also a sure fire way of building savings. Direct Deposit:
Direct deposit is simply a way of having your paycheck sent directly to the Credit Union and automatically deposited into the account of your choice. Practically any type of payment you receive on a regular basis can be directly deposited with us. Click here for our direct deposit form that can be given to your employer.

24 Hour Telephone Banking:
Telephone Teller is an easy to use telephone audio response system that allows you access to your HealthEast Employees Credit Union accounts ANYWHERE and ANYTIME- 7 days a week, 24 Hours a day, whether our offices are open or closed. For initial access, your PIN is your social security number. You will be required to change your PIN.

Automated Teller Machine (ATM):
Your Credit Union’s Shazam ATM program allows members access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at locations across the country. Qualifying members can make withdrawals and transfers between accounts. Click here for locations.
